Does my gift expire?
Gift Card+ and GiftYouPick codes never expire. They do not lose value over time.
Turkey and Grocery vouchers do have an expiration date which can be found next to “MANUFACTURER’S COUPON” on the top of the voucher.

How do I redeem my gift or gift card?
Visit https://www.corporatetraditions.com/redeem and enter your 16 digit code.
Then select your gift card or physical gift from the catalog.
How do I check my balance?
Visit https://www.corporatetraditions.com/balance and enter your 16 digit code.
What if I want a gift that is more than my GiftYouPick balance?
If your GiftYouPick balance is less than the cost of a gift, you can use a credit card to pay the difference.
Can I combine multiple gift codes?
Yes. You can combine multiple gift codes to increase your total balance.
After adding your first balance, click the Redeem button at the top and add subsequent codes.
You can remove codes by clicking Balance.
Can I get a physical gift card?
Most gift cards can be redeemed for an instant digital gift card or a physical card. Not all options have physical cards available.
Physical gift cards arrive by mail and typically take 7-12 business days to arrive.
